Whether a complete newbie or a seasoned competitor, the London Running Show is for you.  The event will feature seminars, workshops and the finest kit from top brands in running.

The London Running Show is designed to help you get the most out of running.  Learn how to train effectivley, choose the right nutrition and avoid injury.  See top coaches and athletes presenting in the two theatres and interact in the smaller "one to one" sessions.

Top running brands will be exhibiting the latest products available to the runner with loads of fantastic show offers and promotions.

The London Running Show is brought to you by M2 Events Ltd, organisers of the Triathlon Cycling and Running Show at Sandown Park - now in it's 9th year!

Show opening times: Saturday 27th November - 10:00am to 5:30pm Sunday 28th November - 10:00am to 5:00pm
