Will feature three sessions of an hour and a half each day. Presented by The Jog Shop the sessions will cover everything from general run training through footwear and clothing choice, nutrition and avoiding injury. These are perfect for new and improving runners looking to gain the maximum amount of information - quickly. There will be opportunities to chat with the experts during the "one to one" workshops following each session.
All sessions are first come first served - no need to book.
